ON-SITE / ONLINE PARTICIPATION GUIDE
On-Site Participation
For on-site participation, a designated QR code is required for entry to the venue.

How to display the QR code for on-site participation:
Click the the access button to the online Congress viewing site in below, and enter your login ID and password to log in.
Click the ‘Admission Pass’ button at the upper below corner of the logged-in screen to display the QR code.
NOTE:
Online viewing site will be OPEN on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. JST.
Your log-in ID and password will be sent you directly though the email by the day before the online viewing site is opened.
On the day of Congress
Please come to the venue with your QR code and present it at the reception desk in the venue for entry to the venue. After confirming your registration, you will receive a pass to attend the congress.
Reception Desk Opening Hours
November 16, 2023 (Thursday): 8:30～18:15
November 17, 2023 (Friday):8:30～16:15
Precautions
We expect the reception area to be very crowded on the first day (the 16th) before the Opening Act and the Opening Ceremony, which will start at 9:00. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time for on-site registration.
Please note that out of consideration for the performers, it may not be possible to enter or leave the venue during the dance performance of the opening act.
Simultaneous Interpretation
All lectures will be simultaneously interpreted from Japanese into English.
Please pick up a simultaneous interpretation receiver at the registration desk.
Please be sure to return the receiver when you leave the venue.
Seating
The number of seats in the lecture hall is limited.
Seats cannot be reserved.
Eating and drinking at the venue
Please refrain from eating and drinking during the lectures.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is not available at the venue.
Other Notes
- ・Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
- ・Photographing and recording are prohibited during performances.
- ・Please take care of your valuables as they are your own responsibility.

The above LIVE videos will be available on the Online Congress Viewing Site on November 18, 2023 (Saturday), at 15:00 JST, after the end of the congress. In addition, special content produced exclusively for this congress will be available on this site as well.
On Demand Video Viewing Period：
From November 15, 2023 (Wednesday), 12:00 JST, to January 10, 2024 (Wednesday), 23:59 JST.

本サイトのTOPページまたは下記に表示されたオンライン視聴サイトへのアクセスボタンをクリックし、ログインID（参加登録時に入力したEメールアドレス）とパスワード（参加登録の確認メールに記されたRegistered Number）を入力してログインしてください。
ログインした画面の右上に表示された「My Page」ボタンをクリックすると、QRコードが表示されます。
参加登録者個人の視聴サイトログインIDとパスワードについては、資料サイト公開日の前日までに、申込時にご登録されたメールアドレスへご案内いたします。

注意事項
初日（16日）の9時に開演しますオープニングアクトおよび開会式の前は、受付が大変混雑することが予想されます。ゆとりを持ってお早めにご来場ください。
なお、オープニングアクトのダンスパフォーマンス中は、パフォーマーへの配慮から会場への入退場は控えさせていただきます。受付の混雑によりご入場できない場合がございますこと、予めご容赦ください。
同時通訳
講演は、全て日本語⇔英語の同時通訳されます。
会場受付にて同時通訳レシーバーをお受け取りください。
なお、レシーバーは退場時に必ずご返却くださいますようお願いします。
座席について
講演会場の座席数には限りがございます。
座席の指定はできません。
会場内での飲食について
講演中のお食事はお控えください。
