The personal information obtained will be strictly managed by the Japan Landscape Architecture and Construction Union (JLAU) and the contractors commissioned by JLAU, and will not be used for any purpose other than the management and promotion of Congress. JLAU and the contractors will not provide personal information to third parties, except when required by other laws and regulations.

Photographs, videos and comments taken during the Congress by the JLAU and media organisations authorised by the JLAU will be freely used (without compensation) for the on-demand program after the Congress and in publicity materials related to the Congress, the JLAU and the International Federation of Landscape Architects Asia Pacific Region (IFLA APR), including congress reports, briefings and lectures, internet media, newspaper articles, etc.
