How to Sign Up

The registration for participating the IFLA-APR 2023 should be made by the online registration system on this website.
Please click the ‘Sign-up for participation’ button at the bottom of this page to proceed to the registration form.
The online registration system can register only one person at a time. For group registrations of ten or more participants, please contact the Registration Desk (info@ifla-apr2023.jp).

Payment

Payment via the online registration system is made by credit card only.
If you cannot pay by credit card or have any problem with the payment, please contact the Registration Desk (info@ifla-apr2023.jp).
After credit card payment is completed, a payment confirmation email is automatically sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing registration, please contact the Registration Desk.

Congress Cancellation or Postponement

• The Organizing Committee may cancel or postpone the Congress due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Congress.
• In the event the Congress is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration and you will be refunded any difference in registration rates. If you choose not to attend the virtual Congress, the Organizing Committee will not be required to refund any part of the Congress registration fee.
• In the event of a full cancellation of the Congress by the Organising Committee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Congress registration fee received.
• The maximum liability of the Organizing Committee under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Congress registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organizing Committee and the Congress Office accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Disclaimer

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the Congress their image may be photographed and recorded by an officer or official photographer appointed by the Congress or may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Congress Organizing Committee. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Congress Office in advance by email .
